Thank you for shopping with Ceylon Cinnamon. Below you’ll find details about order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping fees.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most weekday orders are processed within 24 hours.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take longer. If your order is affected, we will notify you.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 8–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. This estimate does not include order processing time.
Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, local postal conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order details. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your package has been handed to our fulfillment partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this information to follow your shipment’s progress.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges. These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by local customs procedures.
Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Packages
If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the carrier may redirect your package to a local pickup point. Packages may be held for up to 7 days before being returned to one of our international warehouses.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or recipient unavailability:
- A redelivery fee equivalent to €5 or the original shipping charge, whichever is higher, may apply.
- If the package cannot be recovered and additional product charges are incurred, those charges may also be passed on to the buyer.
Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Monitor your tracking information and collect your package within the carrier’s specified timeframe.
